The Partnership at DrugFree.org publixhed a great article and advice on how to be a good friend to the Parent of a child who is suffering with drug abuse/addiction.

Top 3 ways to be a good friend of a Parent of a drug abuser according to drugfree.org
1. Invite them to coffee.
2. Be non-judgmental (not the time to brag about your incredible parenting skills).
3. Listen and let them have fun. They need someone to listen and be supportive. Let them talk or let them laugh. There is no right way to start the conversation - the goal is to let them know you care!!!
